The 24th annual Lotus World Music & Arts Festival was held between September 28 and October 1 throughout downtown Bloomington.
The 24th annual Lotus World Music & Arts Festival was held from Thursday, Sept. 28 through Sunday, Oct. 1 throughout downtown Bloomington. The festival involved ticketed performances from bands that came from all over the globe to perform all different styles of music, as well as many free events that festival-goers could participate in.
